Our remote training program will feature up to 12 weeks' worth of programing in which you would have access to mechanical analysis, a personalized throwing program, a personalized strength and mobility program, along with one-on-one conversations with Cody Baker on a week-to-week basis. Each personalized program will not only be based on the athlete's weaknesses but also strongly based on the athletes' goals and what they are trying to achieve. You are not required to buy any optional equipment as each program will be customized and designed based on the training equipment you already have. Please note though, that the more training equipment that you have, the more you'll get out of the program.
