Our focus at Elite10Pitching is player development. We believe that any athlete has the ability to be an elite level player with the proper coaching and the right mindset. Our definition of player development is instilling a growth mindset into our athletes. We want our athletes to not only enhance their baseball skills, but to believe that they can accomplish anything that they set their mind to.   

The best part about being a coach is developing a relationship with the player. At Elite10Pitching we value the relationships that we make with our athletes, and we are just as devoted to helping the athlete get better as the athletes are themselves. We believe in proper coaching philosophy and we will never lose faith in an athlete, or their abilities as a baseball player. 

It goes without saying, HARD WORK PAYS OFF! We like to push our athletes to their limits. We know that results are not only seen through the coaching but seen through the work that the athlete puts in. By instilling this type of work ethic into our athletes, we are not only preparing them for life on the field but for life off the field as well.
